If a non-premium member wins the game / forces a strip, they should see the girl strip. It could still be that if another person at the table does so, the nonpremium player still cannot.

I think it's too complicated: who forces the strip? The player who made the girl loose her first 90 chips and did all the heavy lifting or the lucky guy who wins the last 10 chips? Anyway it does not fit at all in our economic model: playing is free but watching videos is for premium members. At some point, we need to sell something really appealing to players to sustain the website.

Could you perhaps allow the clothed videos to be displayed to non premium members? (I mean after the model takes off the first part of clothing, to non-premiums show the videos with everything on) It kinda annoying waiting to see what the girl "decided" while the others do.

That's an interesting idea but I think it comes with other problems:
- it's confusing for players to see the girl with her clothes on while she is supposed to be naked
- the length of the videos is not the same from a clothe to an other: I mean, a "raise video" may last 2 seconds when a girl has all her clothes on and 4 seconds when she is naked. Keeping all the players synchronized in the game in real-time while showing videos of different length would then be quite complicated: some players would have to wait for the others before the game can go on.

Yes.

- It's more confusing to know what the girl's move is half a second before yours and not after a second of video, and it can be optional as an additional link in the premium banner that appears now.
- I think it's better to cut videos short than nothing at all in this case, and I'd assume that naked videos are longer, so non premiums will mostly have to wait after the video is over.
