I think all cards should be shown after each round. Real poker does this.

It depends on the local house rules - IN most of the ones I have played, it is up to the winner if he wishes to show his hand. Often it is considered good sportsman ship (or sports person ship) to reveal your hand if the other player folds and you win a good pot - but it is not obligatory (unless house rules say otherwise). Personally I would like to know what the winning hand was but it does give away the other players playing style - and they may not wish to do that - especially if they have just won on an outrageous bluff!
