You can exchange hearts with premium days! Just go to you account page (click on your username in the top-right corner).

Yes, the button only appears when you have more than 100 hearts. 100 hearts gives you 24 hours of premium access.

If you do this more people will buy hearts, cause honestly i don't even use my hearts.
You can do like 20 hearts for 2 day premium membership and so on and so forth.
It will get more people to buy hearts and make it fun for everyone.
