Once your subscription expires, you'll be able to either go to the "Purchase" page and take a new one or to exchange some hearts on your account page.

I would like to re-new my sub subcription I have only got 23 hours left - I was expecting to see an offer to exchange hearts for premium days or an offer to renew - in my account page - cannot see anything yet - advice please?
